Bookings Process
We like to give full transparency in our bookings process. No suprises, no hidden cost. Our bookings process step by step:
Looking for 1 accommodation:
Go to your preferred accommodation in the top menu, select your dates and the number of guests.
OR
Looking for 2 or 3 accommodations:
If you wish to book more than one accommodation, start your Search here : Availability all Accommodations
Simply enter your preferred check-in and check-out dates and 1 guest (this can be adjusted per accommodation in the booking confirmation), then click on Search.
Select your dates and confirm your selection. You will be redirected to the Confirmation Page, where you will find clear instructions on how to complete your booking.
You are now on the Booking Confirmation page. Select the correct number of guests, fill the requested fields and check all the information. Please read the instructions on the right hand side.
After confirming your selection, you will receive a confirmation email.
We will now review your booking and send you a confirmation and an invoice with payment instructions.
The down payment is due within 7 days upon receipt of the invoice. Your booking will be secured once we have received the down payment of 50%. You will receive a confirmation of the payment.
Please pay the remainder no later than 30 days upon arrival. You will receive a confirmation of the payment.
Once your final payment has been confirmed, we will send you all the information you need for a smooth arrival and check-in.
Our local host will personally welcome you upon arrival and assist you with any questions during your stay.
The refund of your security deposit will be processed within 14 days after departure, provided no damage has been identified. Any overuse of electricity will be deducted from the deposit ad US $ 0,70 per kWh.
The security deposit is set in US $ and will be refunded in US $. Any exchange rate difference may occur due to international banking and is outside our control or responsibility.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days upon arrival. We will fully refund you. No refund is transferred when cancelling within 30 days upon arrival.
Child & Adults Policy:
Children are very welcome in the Villa. However, the Villa has no specific precaution in place. The total occupancy of the Villa is 8 guests. Children over 2 counts as guest. We provide 2 baby cots for children under two, free of charge.
To ensure a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, the apartments are reserved for adult guests (23+). However, when the entire property is booked exclusively by one group, children are welcome in the apartments as well.
